about page design impurroved and made mostly mobile furiendly!!

screenshot of the 'about the webmaster' page. the title is written on a rainbow banner ribbon, and the main information is displayed in a green and yellow box with cat ears. the box has ribbons of various pride flags sticking out along the sides.
graphic design is my passion

theres a few things 2 adjust (the home button and top banner r not done 4 example, plus i want clicking the ribbons 2 do something) but mostly its good enough i think!!

the ribbons pop out on hover/select!! fancy
